The instructor for all classes is Mike Doster. Mike is a Lead MCT with 20 years of experience in NAV development. He was the lead trainer for NAV Development in the US for 3 years and wrote much of the early course material as well as the development certification exams. He wrote the C/SIDE Solution Developer exam for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009. He also wrote the Dynamics NAV 2009/Sharepoint Integration course material. He recieved the 2010 Top Instructor for North America award from Microsoft.

In addition to his MCT experience, Mike is an expert NAV developer, successfully working on hundreds of small and large projects in all areas of NAV. He has worked as part of the Microsoft NA Support team for NAV for a total of 5 years, including the last 2 years. He has successfully upgraded many clients and has acted as a consultant to partners and clients in setting up development standards and best practices for NAV development. His knowledge of the product coupled with his experience in the field make him uniquely suited to add value to the course material by being able to answer questions concerning all areas of the application, code, and development environment as well as current best practices in all phases of development projects.
